June 2007: The Month of Equiliberation

Cool Live Band Photo-(HUGE) As evinced by the photograph above, Equilibrium has spent June rocking like there is no tomorrow.... Of course, there really is almost no tomorrow for us as a regularly-gigging band, but that's beside the point. The point is that, during the month of June, we have played three full-tilt rock-and-roll shows, and we've got another one scheduled for tomorrow evening! In a somewhat unexpected turn of events, we have taken up residence at the Dirty Dog Bar on Wednesday nights, and tomorrow marks our third show at the venue in as many weeks. If you can make it out to the show, we would be thrilled to see you! Having an audience really makes or breaks a gig. On June 21st, we played an early gig at The Troubadour Saloon. We were excited to be playing a return engagement there, but playing for an empty room -- which we did for most of our set -- was a drag! So, come down to the Dirty Dog Bar tomorrow, June 27th, at 9:00 p.m. and experience nearly three hours of equiliberation!
