The Short Story of EquiliberationEquiliberation (guitarist/lead singer/songwriter Fred Schwab and his twin nephews, drummer/backing vocalist Elliott Ash and bassist/trumpeter/backing vocalist Ryan Ash) formed in the summer of 2006 and maintained an active performance schedule in the Austin, Texas area from December 2006 to July 2007. In July 2007, Equiliberation went on hiatus, but the band members continued to gather periodically to work on their debut CD. Finally completed in 2011, the trio released its eponymously-titled 18-song, double-disc effort on 7/9/11. In honor of the occasion, the band reconvened to play before their largest audience ever at Super Happy Fun Land in Houston, Texas.
